In my
experience at the University of Florida as an Instructional Designer, I have
come across cases when the instructor comes to the initial meeting with a stack
of pages and tells me “this is my course content”. It is not bad really. Many
times they send me attachments of slides or Word documents, but yes, it is
mostly text.
